The Labour Bureau is all set to launch its 5 main surveys, together with on migrant and home staff, throughout the nation by April 1 as two out of three mandated pre-testings of the research yielded “encouraging and constructive outcomes”.
The third pre-testing of the 5 surveys could be performed in subsequent ten days after which the research would start throughout the nation by the Labour Bureau, which is a wing of the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
Speaking to PTI, Director Common Labour Bureau D P S Negi stated, “There are very encouraging and constructive outcomes of two pre-testings of those 5 surveys. The third testing in sure pocket could be performed in subsequent ten days. We’re hopeful to launch all 5 surveys throughout the nation by April 1 and work on floor to launch ends in seven to eight month.”
