Cochin Port will signal 9 MoUs value Rs 2,825 crore on the second Maritime India Summit 2021 to be held held on March 2-4, the federal government mentioned on Wednesday.
Cochin Port Belief is among the 12 main ports within the nation.
“Cochin Port Belief (CoPT), one of many main port trusts in India, will signal 9 MoUs of Rs 2,825 crore (as of right now) at 2nd Maritime India Summit 2021 scheduled to occur on 2nd to 4th March 2021,” Ministry of Ports, Delivery and Waterways (MoPSW) mentioned in a press release.
These MoUs shall be majorly signed between Fertilisers and Chemical substances Travancore Restricted (FACT); Kottayam Port & ICD Companies; IOCL; IGTPL; and many others.
The MoUs shall be signed within the areas like dredging for upkeep of channels and basins, coastal connectivity, cargo dealing with, tourism associated tasks, aviation gasoline terminal, deepening and widening of port channels, and many others.
